Comments:

  1. this might be an odd question, but could i learn how to scratch (no juggling) with a mixer and ONE turntable? i think i know the answer, but i need confirmation from somebody skooled in the arts.

  2. Yes, of course. Actually, it can be somewhat beneficial - hook up a CD/mp3 player to the other side of the mixer, and find a nice long beat track to cut over and put it on repeat. It'll be a pain to learn how to cut with both hands because you'll have to move everything around to practice scratching with your off hand, but a lot of DJs never scratch with their off hand at all. I myself am mediocre at best with my left hand on the fader...
