Server failure

In a classic example of failing to practice what you preach, the hard drive on my server at home failed catastrophically, and the last backup I made dates back to May 13th of this year. Fortunately, all I've really lost are some webpages (mostly playlists, let's be honest - I haven't updated this site with very much real content in a long time) and some emails, and I've been in the process of deprecating the @falsecognate.org emails for a while now. In addition, all my really important data resides on different computers and hard drives, all of which are backed up multiple times.

In any case, I expect that there will be further interruptions in uptime in the near future. I'll try to keep those to a minimum.
