Marc's DJ setup

For some reason, I still show up on the first page of Google results for the search on dj furniture, largely because of this page. Just recently, Marc sent me a picture of his setup which he built after seeing my page. Here's what he had to say:

Thanks for the inspiration and advice, wanted to show you how the booth came out. Took me two weeks and $200 in supplies, but well worth it. Rubber-band suspension system was a bitch...

congratulations on getting final scratch!!! welcome to "the next level" (i.e., a f***load of digitizing and ripping records to mp3). and much props on the phat-azz dj furniture :)

Thanks. I've actually had it a while now. I haven't done any digitizing and ripping of records to mp3; I've mostly been using it to give me access to hip-hop tracks that I have on CD, exclusive promos, and rock songs. Once I finish my defense, I'll probably start ripping records to mp3...

Marc & Dennis-

You guys should come out with an affordable furniture line. Honestly, haven't seen anything as good that I can buy in a store, or at least for under $1500. Both look really amazing...I love the 3 turntable setup. Looks just like some of the club booths.

Keep up the good work

Mikey D.
