The falsecognate collective is a loose crew of DJs that started here in Houston that came together with the same goal - to get good music out to the masses. Alexei, Leigh, and myself are the founding members.

In addition, Joe was doing a lot of flyer design, and Layla and Beth were taking care of a host of other things, from repainting the house for the red envelope parties, to photography, and generally being the divas that hosted the show.

This year we've added another techno & trance DJ, Andrew; and Heidi, Joey, and Hassan moved into the support roles. We're still just a loose collective, with the same goal as ever - to bring good music to the masses, and to create a fun and chilled out vibe to enjoy it in.
