An interesting lineup, to say the least. Of Montreal is a venerable indie pop band that was loosely affiliated with the Elephant 6 collective. They have consistently graced the playlists of KTRU over the past decade. Contrast with Grand Buffet, a hip-hop group from Pittsburgh whom I know little about. Word of mouth is good, and the few samples I've heard are also good, but I'll be the first to admit this gap in knowledge. DJ Jester may be the bridge - he's nominally a hip-hop DJ, but his style is more in the vein of a Z-Trip, mashing up hip-hop breaks with rock, pop, and whatever else strikes his fancy.
