The Reputation are actually not the headliner for this show (that's Say Anything) but they're the band that I'm going to go see. I think there are actually two or three other bands on the bill; go to Super Unison's website for more information.

The Reputation are Elizabeth Elmore's (ex-Sarge) new band, although they've been around for a few years now. Based out of Chicago, Elizabeth and company write some of the most intelligent rock songs around, usually with quite personal and trenchant lyrics backed by some good guitar hooks. They're sort of friends of mine, I guess, so this may be a somewhat biased opinion, but honestly the Rep is one of the best bands I've heard in the last few years.
