The KTRU Outdoor Show is an annual (more or less) event organized by Rice University's radio station, KTRU 91.7fm and sponsored by many local businesses. (Disclaimer: I am a KTRU DJ and Rice alumnus.) This year it is being held directly across from the new business school building (near entrance 20.) If the weather is nice, it can be a lot of fun to spend the afternoon hanging out and listening to music. This year's show features Sam Prekop of The Sea and Cake as the headliner, along with Treasure Mammal, Satin Hooks, Moxie, MAthletes, Maya Bond, the Old-Timerz and more.
