King Britt

@ Engine Room

King Britt is one of those guys that I'm sure you've heard, but don't even realize it. He was Digable Planet's DJ early in his career, and went on to develop into a star of the house music community. In collaboration with Josh Wink, he founded Ovum Records and released several records and remixes under the Sylk 130 and Scuba monikers, including a crowd-favorite remake of Indeep's classic dancefloor hit, "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life." He's touring in support of a mix CD, largely of modern deep house tunes, so expect a chill, soulful, late-night dance vibe.
