Bert Jansch is a legendary 1960's-era folk songwriter/performer from Scotland. He was a key member in the group Pentangle and has been cited as an influence on numerous artists including Neil Young and Nick Drake. Recently he has been re-discovered by the younger generation, led by artists such and Devendra Banhart and Houston's own Jana Hunter (formerly of Matty and Mossy).
